I’m really excited to be stepping in to take over for the (admittedly irreplaceable) Roxane Gay, and I’m grateful to editor Patrick McAllaster for the opportunity to do this. I think it’s going to be a blast, and we’re going to take an already excellent publication and do some exciting things with it going forward.
I’d love to ask for your help going forward, too. Would you send us your best stories and help us spread the word to all the fine writers out there and let them know we’re taking submissions? Above all we just want really great writing, but as always, the best way to get to know what we’re looking for is to read a few issues first. Check us out and submit here.
